with due respect I Sarbani shibata the mother of Marisa Shibata & the spouse of Tetsuo Shibata beg to inform you that on 24th dec 2009 my husband mr Tetsuo Shibata send a Gift parcel which is 1.5 kg from Japan speed post dept to kolkata address 78, raja S. C. Mullick rd, West Wind Block 5 ,11b Kolkata- 700084 to our residence in Kolkata to our daughter Marisa Shibata.
This parcel has reached Kolkata on 27 th dec 2009.....I have phoned up custom office to know the status but they always end up their answer that our computer is not working....after making 15 times times of phone call decided to submit this letter to you.
The E.M.S tracking number is- EJ[protected] JP.
Today is 2nd jan 2010 . after reaching Kolkata on 27th Dec 5 days hv passed but we have not received it yet.
Please Let me know that when will I get this E.M.S .
