Mrs. Deepanwita Dey i am sorry to hear that our organization is unproffessional but then we was your proffessionalism. There are certain rules and regulations that every organisation follows after paying an advance amt of rs 500/- there is a clause that the customer has to pay 50% amt 10 days prior to the event.i am sorry to tell every1 reading this that our esteemed client did not bother to respond to phone calls and did not even pay the 50% advance 10days prior to the event, therefore the booking was cancelled. our esteemed client turned up 30min before the event as mentioned above and did not have the proffessionalism to pay the advance 10days before the event.inspite of co-operating and sending food to their house on request our esteemed client has no proffesionalism to even make the payment for the food served, we understand that our world is facing crisis in terms of reccession but i think people who order food must have the proffesionalism to pay, if they cant pay i think they should not have the dream of hosting a party. e-zone club as known to the whole of bangalore is a venue which has hosted many international events and has achived the best venue award in the year 2007 when it hosted 3 major events in a row, ie smirnoff experience, buddwieser cluubing and vibes new year. if somebody has any doubt in regard to maintaining standards the only place in bangalore happening this sunday with the top most in the Hierarchy of music known as ministry of sound (mos) is at e-zone. mos has toured india 2 times and has opted to come to bangalore only this time is because of our venue. so people reading tis pls dont take such peoples opinion.it is only stupidity and neglegency. people atleast send comments to our esteemed client to make the payment at the earliest. our organisation requests our esteemed client to make the payment at the earliest otherwise which we will consider the food sent is on charity. our organisation has the habbit of organising charity shows on the 15th august for all the orphan school children our esteemed client is also invited. thank you madam for the oportunity given to us to write a few words about our organisation.looking forward for the payment at the earliest.

i think the clients have to co-operate with the organisers to make a good show. i as an individual have hosted 3 shows and on behalf of my company have hosted more than 5 shows we as a unit and individually have never faced any problems thank you ezone keep going
Pls let me know when phone calls was made to us regarding the payment.
There was no mention of any payment, we made a payment of Rs. 1000 and booked the venue with the Manager of this place and have a receipt for the same . Either the Manager is a crook or the person writing this feedback does not know all the facts. There was no information of any cancelleation of booking. we vistied the venue on the 2nd July (2 days before the party) to confirm and was told that everythinh is in place. And was in for a rude shock on the 5th eevening. Pls atleast have the decency of apologising on such unprofessional behavious, if that is all you can do.
And we made the payment on the food, even after such unprofessionalsim was metted out to us. You should close down this place.
My sincere request to anyone who reads my pice to avoid this place like the plague.

Very Sad to hear this DD.. Good to read your review before i could have made the mistake of booking the place. Thanks
I absolutely agree with the original poster.. the guys at eZone has no clue what professionalism is. I had the shock of my life... just about 2 hours back. I had taken my son for Go Karting at this so called "international Venue". After you purchase the ticket for the karting, you have to walk through the parking lot, which is along the perimeter of the karting track, to get to the karting place. On our way back from karting, I wanted to take a snap of my sone with the trak in the background. He was standing a good 5 meters from the fence that separates the track from the parking lot. As I was about to take the photo, a kart came crashing, through the whatever they have kept as a tyre wall, and took the fence and hit the child. We were lucky enough that the fence hit a car in the parking lot which took most of the effect of the crash before the fence hit the child.
They say they are "PROFESSIONAL". The guy in charge came down and before even seeing what happened to the child, or even offering first aid, started blaming me for letting the child stand in the parking lot, which is outside the track area. He went on to argue that I have signed some paper before the karting and so they are not responsible. His blaming ceremony continued for about 20 minutes and still no first aid offered. Now he goes on to argue that any person who enters eZone can be hit by a kart and only those who accept that need to come there. He says that the fence which is supposed to come off like that and thatis the safety norm for all karting tracks. I asked him if he means to say that anyone standing on the side of the fence outside the track can get hit by a kart and his answer was a confident YES!!. And then he goes on to test my knowledfge on which all karting tracks I have seen and wants me to tell him the names of all the tracks I have seen... still no first aid offered... and he wants me to be calm and even says that I have no brains. Now, another of his friends joins him.. totally drunk. He says he someone responsible for the place and then another guy joins him.. They even threatened me to hit me if I don't keep quiet because there are lot of people since it is sunday evening... They even threatened my wife and my mother to leave or they will bash me up. This is the sorry state of affairs at this "international venue".
They say they meet all safety norms... that is just plain lie.. they follow nothing. There is no seat belt for kids in the twin seater karts. Helmets provided are older than my grandpa and none of them have proper straps. Their website shows a picture of the karting track with 2 layer tyre walls... All you see now is single layer tyre walls with a foot or so gap in between. It seems they have not even bothered to maintain the track as per the standards they claim to maintain. It is just another, pure money making, arm twisting, drama..

I also agree to the complaints made by the original poster of this mail. The guys out there are very unprofessional.
I had been there for go karting along with my friends. One person is supposed to drive 6 laps. The person who waves the flags to indicate the end of the race keeps track of the guy who starts the race. I got to drive only 4 laps and was asked to stop the race because the person who started the race along with me had completed the race by then. I thought may be i would have completed and came out. My wife went in the next round and she was asked to stop after 3 laps. When this thing was repeated, i understood these guys are cheating.
When i enquired, they said that madam has completed all her 6 laps and hence was asked to stop. I argued with them and proved them that she has indeed done only 3 laps. They called their guys and argued a lot and finally agreed to allow my wife for 3 more laps.
In short, the guys who maintain things there are very very unprofessional. They dont know how to treat and talk to clients and customers. The way they talk is very rude. Just that this place is pretty close to my home, I go there once in a while else i would prefer opting out of this sick place.
They might have arranged a hell lot of events but they need a lot of refinement in the way they treat customers.

I have karted at different venues all over India and to be honest have found the track at ezone to be one of the best. They have well maintained karts and the instruction handed out to karters by person called Dev and Chetan are quite clear. They also ensure that the helmets are locked before the engine is started. There is also board on the track side CLEARING Stating that SPEEDING KART Zone stay away and PARKING at your own Risk.
As you all know MOTOR SPORTS is a bit dangerous and as far im concerned the safety is of high standards. Even professional karts have no seat belts and there are practical reasons behind it.
I think i[censored] pay attention to the the instructions and have the presence of mind in racing the entire group can have a lot of fun.
The cool Zone located in Ezone offers some lip smacking snacks. I totally enjoyed the fresh fruit juice and the chicken Nuggets. They have good service and well priced.
There are a few errors in regards to lap counting n all that but i think the entire team in Ezone is doing there best to make sure you have a good time.. KUDOS to you guys... keep up the work and do keep improving. GUYS you have to visit the place to really see the effort put by the guys.. !!! so go ahead and have a good time ...

The responce from Mr.Abhishek Rai shows the real nature of the management of E-Zone...Is this the way to respond to a customer complaint? Anyway Mr.Abhishek Rai`s responce itself im gonna find some other place for our corporate event...and Mr.Sanjay Menon tried best to help E-Zone guys by providing a pleasant feed back...All guys might not be same in E-Zone..but for shure guys like Mr.Abhishek Rai are always a dark cloud for a entertainment sopt like E-Zone
well said those collected money to teach swimming and charged me 1600 Rs.After teaching 2 class they not provided any coach.when i got rounds around that club for one month i asked them to refund the money. The flatly rejected to money back.Beware of these crooks
Its not so bad, u know... Karting is not for really small kids unless they are in a Kids Karting Arena.. I went there last month.. Had the time of my life :) I did have a crash at the finish line, , I braked but it didnt work.. But anyway, u must be prepared for stuff like that if you want to enjoy aggressive sports like Karting.. Still, I would like to suggest the improvement of your First Aid facilities, guys. Other than that, you're good:)
Though the higher management is trying to maintain the class, the middle and lower management that actually deals with regular clients is cheap here.
