I am Shivamadhu Mobil number [protected] and I have been facing the unnecessary charges of 120/- Rs for a SMS “64611030DWN_PRM” which I have not send at all. AS per my knowledge I am facing this problem First time. Iam 100% sure I have not send any SMS to “64611030DWN_PRM” .I don't want any other extra services apart from calling, Receiving, sending and Receiving only text SMS to friends. I will not pay this bill till I get the corrected bill from AIRTEL.
I don't want to be back of AIRTEL for refund ding my amount. I don’t want to walk down to the airtel outlet several time and waste my time for this.

Kindly do the needful

Hey dude,
Even i was charged 60Rs for the same msg... which i never msgd...
I called up CC and they told it willl be credited back to my account in the next Billl...

I also been charged same thing in my bill. Each sms cost is Rs 30 and there are 5 such sms. I am not going to pay this anyway!!!
Same thing happened with me. Charged Rs 30 per sms x 5 Messages.

Due to the unwanted confirmation mails.. The deduction had done on my account.. and the main problem is even there is no contact to the cusomer support.. wats da problem not yet known.. The message details are [ You have a new mail. frm. memberservices (Sub:New members you would lik) Send READ to 57333 to read this message. To view ur Mailbox, send MAIL.] Its from the no.57333.. and deductions is a rupee rental per day.. So pls i request to deactivate all my VAS on my no.[protected].. i hope the request will be solved as soon as possible. [Last recharge is on 10/05/2008 and current balance is Rs.0.17 on the same date.. ]

Airtel — 64611030DWN_PRM

What the hell Airtel is doing..
with out my knowledge they have activated 64611030DWN_PRM on my postpaid connection. evary month i have been charging 30/- per month from the past 6 months. I called customer care but no use, they have not at all responded well. so last month i have blasted one of customer care executive regarding this. so finally he told me that it is ''music on demand'' service. i dont know how this service is activated on my mobile, im 100% sure that me or none of my frends has activated this service..so how could this service activated on my mobile?????????????????
Again i asked cc executive for deactivation procedure, he told some process but it has not worked.. so again i called him finally he told me that he was going to deactivate this service on behalf of me, and he himeself deactivated this service and he confirmed the deactivation status. But oh my god this month again i have charged for the same.. Whom should i ask now? who is going to help me out ? how to deactivate this service? what to do now? i got frustrated with the Airtel customer care services, i wanted to swith to some other service provider..
