I think this should be sufficiently convincing of the website's malicious intentions for any of you who is considering joining it in the hopes of making money online promoting it.

This website http://earnparttimejobs.com/ is 1000% fraud. They are not sending any forms. They want to promte their products. This guy also copied the content from another website. Shame on him.
