We are in 2012 april and till date excavation has not started, even in coming months there is no scope. What is your say on this.
Till date builder has not received NCR certification. whereas the booking started in early 2011 and still you values his commitment.

This is my mothers savings and she is old lady. How will she trace him…
We all need to take some action. As he has good connections that’s why he is not able to be tracked down by police even.

Fraud builder, need to go to court
I do not agree to what ever you have said, I personally know the developer and they are the best in what ever they commit and deliver. I would suggest you to please check the delivered projects of the builder like - Eastend (Indirapuram), Connoisseur (Gurgaon) & Souvenir (Gurgaon) which are one of the best projects in and around Delhi NCR.
Please do not broadcast such message on the medium like this as it effects the project.
Kindly share your contact number and the name in which the booking has been done and I will make sure if incase you have any concern it will be taken care.
