EB office at Madipakkam at Chennai — payment of bribe

We are a small unit company, we have shifted our office from Tynampet to Madippakkam. The meter reading charges for the board had to be changed from Domestic use to Commercial use. . The actual charges are Rs. 75. but the EB people at Madippakkam have charged Rs. 1500.00. This was not informed before to our staff. We are SHOCKED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
