[Resolved]  EDM Mall — Customer Service

Hi,

This is Prabhat Maurya, a resident of South Delhi, Badarpur. This 22nd Oct'11, I visited EDM mall Kaushambi with couple of friends of mine as they cam efrom Banglore to meet me in Delhi. There in the Food Court, a person stopped my friend a home cooked food which I brought for him from home. Even before consuming that food, we searched out the whole food court and no where it was mentioned that one can not bring outside food here.
Later, we packed the food back, and simply asked the person about if we can have any rule book or some board just for our knowledge about the terms and conditions of the EDM mall.
At this he called some elderly person with him, who started misbehaving with us, and threatened us to throw out of the Mall with the help of Guards, and even used abusive language.
On asking the feedback form or email ID, he started bulling me.
Its really the worst experience I ever had in any mall till yet.
I am working into an International Shopping Company, and this type of Customer service really makes me ashamed of being an INDIAN.
