[Resolved]  Educational Institution — Food Poisoning in Train Pantry Car

I was traveling in Sabari Express (Train no. 7230) on 02.04.10. It was 7 am, when i requested one of the authorized coffee vendor of the same train pantry car to give me a coffee. After i drank the coffee to more than half of the cup, i found a dead cockroach (insect) in the coffee at the end of the disposal cup. Actually the whole coffee container with the vendor is contaminated with the dead cockroach. I was worried and got angry and showed the vendor the coffee with cockroach. He refunded my money Rs. 5 and ran back to pantry car taking the cup containing cockroach. Now i want to know how one can react with such incidents. This incident is just brutally killing innocent passengers with food poisoning by taking money. This shows how serious is railways to provide quality food to passengers.
Please take action on the licensee of the pantry car. Tomorrow any body can become a victim to these foodpoisoning incidents.
