my complian is with eglobal. I order a mini 7 inch notebook, from them, they got my money the same day, but have not sent the item yet and when i get my stautues on line it say error, and when i call them the office is closed. I got an email back from them saying they would be open but they are not. I do not get the item or get any answers from them I am going to stop payment and sned them in the better business office. this stuff is worng they need to do what they say. If they cannot than they should not be in business.
