My New Credit card sent by ICICI was returned the first time for no reasons and i feel this is due to the lazy delivery boys attitude. Second time i received a message from ICICI Bank saying "Credit card xxxx0007 redispatchedon 16.03.2009through ELBEE couriers vide airway bill number[protected]."
on 17th i received a phone call from your delivery person asking for the land mark of my adress. called your office on 18th, and they replied by 6 p m that day it will be delivered. till date i have not received. Elbee callsa them a world wide best courier... within chennai their service quality is this ... how will it be world wide????? sad.. Please look into this serously. have marked a copy to ICICI also. why ICICI is chosen you????

Elbee couriers havent delivered my credit card yet in given home address that was despatched to me 20 days ago with ref. no SB[protected]

Should reach bangalore.
Todays date 10/09/09.
13days over But still consignment has not reached.
If i call to customer care they postpone this consignment to tommorow or next week depending on the person who speaks as customer care executive.
Who is responsible for the delay??
Can this problem will be solved by ELBEE COURIER???
What is the reason for delay??
In case of a problem in delivery of the consignment some body should inform right??
Finally ELBEE IS Worst service provider in courier company.
Kindly arrange to solve this problem immediately or inform the truth.

ELBEE Couriers — delay in service
I have applied for ICICI credit card and the card was delivered through ELBEE courier through AWB No[protected] on 18/12/2008 till this date I have not recieved the courier kindly look in to the matter and do need ful.sreenath shastrula
