ICICI Credit Card — non delivering the credit card by the courier boy

your bank has issued me the new credit card on the behalf of previous card. Today delivery boy came to deliver the credit card and ask the i d proof . i saw him my voter i card, then he refuse to deliver the card and ask me to pay 200/- for deliver the credit card. i denie to pay the rs 200/-. then he return back without deliver the card. it is requested to you pls see the matter and confirm that the courier boy dont missuse the card.

ELBEE courier — credit card not yet deliver

06/10/2008 i got a massage from icici bank, you will get your credit card within 7 working days by elbee courier no.[protected]
but today is 20/10/2008 still i have not recived any call or related documents .
i am totally disappointed with the elbee courier services . any one can understand the importance of sensitive thing like credit card. in case of wroung delaviry or miss use of credit card unneccessory i will suffer

hi received the message from icici bank that my credit card dispatched on 15102008 bill number[protected] but i am not recived my card. i spoke to your people i was told by you that i received my courier on monday but today is tuesday but still i am not received my courier and your people given me a wrong number of delhi headoffice. which is proived me wrong. you perople if you are not able to do your job why open your services. send my card otherwise i soo.

I had received a sms on 3rd October from Elbee Mumbai about the despatch of ICICI credit card. (Awb, no.[protected]
After some time on the same day some one called me about the delivery. I had requested him and his boss to deliver the card by 5pm on 3rd. He had agreed but never turned up. I lost more than 2 hrs time in waiting and lost lopt of appointments and naturally money.

The same was informed to your Mumbai no.[protected] and they promised to deliver topday by 5.p.m with out any delay. Nithing happened till now!! The local man did not even bother to call me abd there is no reply from his phone

This is rediculous. This type of thing never happened to me from Amex, SCB, ABN, SBI

I had received a sms on 29 October from Elbee Mumbai about the despatch of ICICI credit card. (Awb, no.[protected] I didnt receive the same till date that is 5th November 2008.

this is to inform u that yesterday (12.11.08) i spoke with elbee courier person at Navrangpura (Ahmedabad-Guj) that time hetold me my courier is already reaced on 7/11/08, but we r having lots of courier bunch so thats why we are not able to despatch your credit card at your home address, now we'll despatch on 12/11/08, but 2day till i dont have recd. my courier and when spoke again in your above branch with Mr.Chetan[protected]now he istelling we dont have more staff to delivery your courier, so we ill courier 2morro afternoon, .
now i wont know when icici bank is telling me i'll get my courier within 7 working days, and you r also having with u my courier then why that much delay is going on.I wont to that elbee is having good name in industry and this type of service/answer is giving to customers.
i wont my credit card courier delivery 2 day it slef other wise i'll compaint in icici bank also. Pl. give me reply on my cell.[protected] ([protected]@rediffmail.com)

hi received the message from icici bank that my credit card dispatched by ELBEE courier and the AWB NO[protected] but i am not recived my card. HE HAD CALL ME FROM MY OFFICE at morning at thursday 9:30 am but that time, i was not in office i was telling that person pls wait i will come for few min he was telling me that ok i will come after 11:30 at thursday but he is not coming to till date but today is friday and saturday and sunday will be holiday for me but still i am not received my courier .send my card asap...i an waiting

ON 25-NOV-08, THE COURIER BOY OF ELBEE WAS CAME TO DELIVER CARD & ASK FOR ID.I SHOW HIM PAN CARD NAMED "KAMAL KANT TYAGI", AND MY ICICI CARD NAMED AS "KAMAL TYAGI".THEN THE COURIER BOY REFUSE TO GIVE CARD.I AGAIN SHOW MY VOTER-ID NAMED KAMAL KANT TYAGI, BUT HE SPOKE VERY BAD LANGUAGE & TAKE BACK THE CARD WITH HIM.NOW I AFRAID THAT IF HE IS MISUSING MY CARD.

haven't deliver my icici bank credit card

They had called me on Saturday, as I was out of station i couldn't collect the card. i told them to call me on Monday, but today is tuesday. Please follow up and contact me on [protected]

ELBEE courier — related to the credit card delivery

Hi,
This is related to my creadit card delivery with reference number[protected], I am working in the night shift and I requested the courier person to deliver it by 06:15pm ( as they have the working hours till 7:00pm) but they are not ready to deliver it and creating lots of fuss for delivering it. They are saying do what ever you want but our working hours is till only 7:00pm so we will not deliver it in the evening.

I got a message from ICICI bank that my credit card has been redispatched vide the airway bill no.:[protected]. Earlier it was dispatched by Express IT courier but it was returned back because he was trying to contact me by my office extension no. which is no more functional. Please ask your executive to call me at my mobile no.: [protected] when he comes to deliver the card at the dispatching address so that I can meet your executive to collect the card. Kindly do the needful.
