[Resolved] Election Voter Card — Voter Card not received

Although my name appears in the Voter list of the Matiala Consitiuency in Delhi Region. i have not received the Voter ID Card. The Same has been requested several times in the Election Commissioner office in Najafgarh. Kindly look into this matter urgently. Similarily Voter ID card has also not been received in respect of my son, daughter-in-law whose name also appears in the list. Besides inspite of repeated submission of application form, the name of my wife Sarla Ghassi is not on the voter list. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

So plz this is my request to you plz confirm how can I change my name on card.

Respected sir,
my voter card has been made but when I went to cast my vote I was informed that my name was not in the list and could not cast my vote. My wifes cord was made at the some time her name is on the list by the name Jyoti Malhotra. PLease kindly do the need full and if I have to go to meet any officer I shall do it also
