[Resolved]  electoral registration officer — cancellation of form 6 application

with due respect I would like to bring into notice that I AbhayKumar mishra had applied for enrolment of my name in the electoral registration .
i had been provided with the application Id as 2668102.however the status checked was in the rejection list with the reason code as (Other ac).Now that i am trying to find the reason as to why was it rejected I am not getting any answer to it.
I am just finding the information as null.i am quite frustrated to be honest as a simple thing i am looking for and these governmental Organizations has no answer to it.Please let me know as what is required to be done.

I had enqyired to have subscription form for DNS, from local news agent but denies to give me the form..., In which link I can get the form

electoral registration officer — incorrect spelling of name

correct spelling of name is "pallavi" and on voter card mentiond is "pallvi" that is incorrect. my resi.address is house no.1438, sector 22 B chandigarh.

My Name is Seelam. Kasi Visweswara Reddy, My ID card No:RQNO406843, My name mis spelt in ID Card. I Intimated in MRO Office. But can't do work upto 15 days. Its needful.Please co-operate us.

with due respect i would like to inform you that i am vardan singh, i am filled the voter id form twice by mistake and my application status is under process.so i would like to cancel one application, the wrong one is application id-7716591.please cancel this one...

Hii I am Debjoy sarkar, I have submit a wrong thing in the form 6 of elction commission of India in 2016. The wrong is in the place of Parliament Constituency I had Given Dum Dum Uttar but it is not, the write is only Dum Dum. So please correct my mistake.

Hi, i have filled two form 6 as in the first one i got my surname spelling wrong so with second one i got it correct, the cancelled id no: osx[protected] with kabir sagar chanan name.

I have entered the constituency wrong in my online Form 6 application and submitted it.
