Sub:- Applying F.C.Difference for low consuming .

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, we would like to submit our humble requests to you.

I Mr.Fayaz Kolar residing at Plot No-7,Middle Block,Vidyagiri 2nd cross c/o Mehboob.I.Mulla.
My meter No is:CLTG141,Ledger No/PageNo:70M-3.
Meter Type:Mixed Load.

According to above details my monthly consuming units at average are 99 units which is not under overloading,But the supply unit is charging me 120 Rupees as F.C Difference.When i approached the branch the authorities are not mentioning the proper cause and they are just neglecting us.I approached with my flat owner 3-4 times but they are just saying that you are consuming over units(overloading).

In the same Flat another block is there and the same type of meter is installed and their monthly consuming units are around 130,for them it is OK and no F.C Difference.Then why should i pay extra 120 F.C Difference.

There is no question of overloading because there are only two members in family me and my wife and there is only a refrigerator in my house.Then how the overloding is happening.

Even the authorities are not coming for checking the meter.

I humbly request not to charge F.C Difference from next billing month.
