[Resolved] Electricity Department — new connection

Dear Sir, I have applied for a new connection in the Month of May 2008 bus am not given connection because of a complaint. I have approached them a number of times but still there is no proper response and they are refusing to help me. I am living in darkness from 11 November 2008 and this is still dragging on. Electricity Department — new electricity connection

i have submitted Rs.28000 for my new electricity connection 5 months ago but no response has been shown by concerned authority.
