I paid my BSEB bills through netbanking STATE BANK OF INDIA on www.bsebbills.org (Consumer Id :[protected]. However transaction failed after payment through netbanking and the sum of Rs1133 was deducted. The bill was not paid though. I waited a long for the refunds and in the mean time, I paid the sum in cash. Till now(since 2months)they have not refunded the sum in my account[protected] through which payment was made.
I am also attaching the snapshot of the transaction made and highlighting the transaction details.
