purchased microwave oven - convential model in vijayawad one year back, it was not working from three months.We have lodged a complaint in krishna veni electronics, vijayawada.complait no-1921.till date there is no response .kindly help me in this regard. i have purched a microwave oven from vadodara gujarat but now i need of the turnable glass dish for model no.EM20EC80SL and PNC no.[protected].The glass was broken and oven is working properly but without the glass dish it will not work.
from where i approch for spares, i Need to buy it in west bengal near by asnsol, durgapur etc.or within gujarat
