[Resolved]  Emkay Travel & Tour Cheat, Fraud Agency, Velachery, Chennai — DAILY SRI BALAJI SPL DARSHAN

One of the worst travel agency i ever faced in my life time. Although i visited Tirumala several times on my own plan, I traveled to Tirupathi unknowingly with them very recently.
I didn't find time to book the dharshan and train from chennai as it was planned immediate. i tried the website and found this travel agency is near to y home providing worry free dharshan and travel.
I called and booked tickets for my family enquiring the boarding place.
They were supposed to start @ 10 pm so we assembled ther by 9:30 pm.
They started actually @ 10:30 pm. I felt cheated at the first site of the cab and found the seat are totally damaged with worn out bolts, shaking heavily on move. my back gone.
They reached TNagar pickup few tickets and Anna nagar again few tickets. By 11:30 they left chennai and reached Tirumala down @ 2:30am to a hotel where we were told that we need to take rest until morning while booking the ticket. But in hotel the guide of the travel agency directed us to Tirupathi ticket counter at 2:30 pm saying the rooms are full. itwill be vacated by the time we will come back after collecting the tickets.
We all have been taken to counter which will open by 5:00 am for which we stood from 2:45 am in the cool breeze spoiling our health.
By 5: 30am we got the dharshan tickets setting appointment time @ 9:00 am. We are back to hotel 6:30 am where we are handed the key stating quick refresh in 15 minutes each and we need to start by 7:30 am to up hill. Everyone o[censored]s nearly 12 people are urged to complete entire thing in 1 hour with in 2 rooms.
we were forced to take up buffet but limited breakfast and wait at the TTD bus from 7:30 to 8:00. in the mean time the second bar=tch occupied the same room and completed their entire activities and board the same bus. we realized then only that we were waiting for them and the bus to get fill up.
we reached Tirumala by 9:15 am then they urge to enter the queue as i need to tonsure my head which i told them earlier. they sent me alone to that department. It took me around 1 hr to shave my head after a medium queue. when i came back they said everyone are about to complete trhe dharshan so you alone go and come out quickly in the long queue in india.
I entered and came out after two hours good dharshan. when my put ny first step out of temple they sacked me to the busstation saying every of my counter passengers had left to THIRUCHANUR as i was late. Okay atleast i spend time shoping i thought. tha guige aske dme 40 rupees stating the morning ticket got expired. so to go down we need to take a new ticket including me and guide and cost should be borne by me as i was late.
Immediately i was in bus towards hotel. i took a little lunch and was waiting for my passengers to be there from tiruchanur. After an hour or two by 1:30pm they reached ther and we started to chennai immediately.
Driver urged saying he need to reach chennai by 5;00pm so that they will start the next trip immediatly that night again for the next day dharshan.
Oh God its really horrible as they totally spoiled my trip, mood, health whichmade me utter these words on them.
My fellow pals please be sure to avoid any travels like this as i know a multiple dozen like that operating in chennai alone. Which could be accomplished by ourselves like reaching tirumala by bus and standing in a queue to book the dharshan, reach mala thro' TTD bus.
Taking food at the mala itself. Atleast we could gain peace and avoid anyone pushing us.
Emkay like travels should be closed as the cab is not suitable to tarvel with full of mosquitoes biting thro nite. I will never suggest to anyone to travel to tirumala like these ditch grade travels.
