sub. not fully pement of 10c

my self ganga ram vishwakarma s/o sri ram sabad vishwakarma.
my pf no-(UPGKP[protected]

i am withdrawl pf but some amount not payment of 10c claim.
i am worked in bajaj hindusthan sugar ind. ltd from 11july2007 to 11nov 2011.
only 19300 rs.payment of Claim ID : UPGKP[protected]

pls rectify the above problem.
