I am one of the employer, having PF account at PF office Thane.
As an employer you are also aware how the employees are dependent on us even after their resignation.
I have visited many time the Thane office but every time I have seen the staffs busy in Gossiping, specially the Female Staff.
The staffs are of age group between 25-50. but see their mentality. If we go for any enquiry they just behave as if they are the most busiest people in the world. They do not know the meaning of customer service. It was a horrible experience, and above all there are so many claims pending and the status are still hidden.
We asked the Commissioner of our group and you know what she replied" Mam, hum kya yaha pe khali bethe he...claim kidhar he mereko nai maloom, me apna kaam krti hu bas".
She must be 28-32 aged but what an unprofessional reply.
Why you people have hired this kind of people who are just destroying the office culture.
I am aware of the government office system, but we have to improvise ourselve, so that our next generation can have a better environment.
Request you to take strict action against the same. Please think about your kids, they should be proud to have a parent like you who has made a revolution in terms of customer service at PF offices.
