we have not receive the annual credited slips i.e. form No-23 from[protected] to[protected] form the Asst. Provident Fund Commissioner Raichur Karnataka we request your kind self to instruct the office of issue of Form No-23 for all employess on A.C. NO./KN/RCR/21289 the last 6 years credited slips are not issued.
We hope you will do necessary action in this matter

July 2007 to October 2007. The employer deduct provident fund

contribution amount from my salary. Now I am working in

some other concern. While making enquiry with previous

employer regarding my provident fund account number, they are

not give any such number. Here how can I avail the amount

from previous employer. Please help.

since July 2007 to October 2007. During the above period

provident fund subcription amount was deducted from my

salary. While making enquiry with this company regarding

my provident fund account number, they will not response.

How can I avail the P/F number from the above company.

Dear sir,
I have worked for sparsh bpo services in gurgaon about 2 year and resigned in 15-feb-2008.
I have submitted my PF form in my company on 23-jun-2008.
The amount is not credited in my acount.Regarding this i have made so many call to related person but i did not get any response even now related person does not pick my phone.
PF no-MH/44793/13193, MH/94723/3992, SANDEEP KUMAR S/O AJIT SINGH, EMP ID-30672.
Could you please tell me the procedure to follow to get my PF amount at the earliest possible.

Firstly I am introducing myself :

1] Myself – retired 2] My 82 yrs. old mother 3] My wife – House wife & 4 & 5] Two daughters studying in CMP Medical College, Vile Parle & Vivek Commerce College in Goregaon

I was working with M/S. ASIT C. MEHTA INVST. INTER. LTD, Mumbai, since 01.01.1992. And retired on 31.03.2008.

My.birth date : 21.08.2008

My basic salary as per company, at the month of retirement i.e March, 2008 was Rs.25700/-

I received credit in SBI, Goregaon [E] Br. vide cheque no : 923719 dtd.30.08.2008 in the first week of September.

The cheque was issued by your dept. on 30.08.2008 and credit received after almost one month. I am the sufferer since I and my family has to survive on it. The reason for delay is known to your dept.only. Moreover, till date I have not received the regular Pension since my retiring age.

Please look in to the matter and release my long due Pension and ensure that I will get the Pension in time.

From last 32 Month i am struggling for transferring my Provident Fund from My Previous Employer Moser Baer India Limited Greater Noida (PF Number:- DL/11028/4356 ) to My Present Emplyer Trust Samtel Color Limited Buland Sahar Road Ghaziabad(PF Number :- UP/14599/3719 ).i Personally Submitted all the Documents to Wazirpur PF Office & Nehru Place twice but no any progress in my PF Transfer.BPO Pioneers Executives also sent 3 Reminder and all PF Related Documents to Wazirpur PF Office I already mail to North/South/East/West Delhi PF Commissioners(Mail ids Receied from Website) & PRO'S but all Pesron dont have sufficient time to check there mails and reply for Query raise by any Executives.And also what type of Culture are in PF Offices.And how much problem employee face to transferring his PF.I tireded my best to solve this issue.I already Launch a Complaint on RTI & Provident Fund Website(Reference Number:- DARPG/E/2008/14338).i am in Private job and have no suffiecient time that every week i go to PF Office for my PF Transferring case.So i request to PF Office Executives that kindly do needful as soon as Possible.
