ENCORA POSTED AD FOR A SOLUTION ARCHITECT, I WAS INTERVIEWED AS IF A FRESH GRAD with SYNTAX SPECIFIC QUESTIONS AFTER 13 FULL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE


Hi! Sriharsha,
thanks for having looked at my resume, but I beleive UR organzation is looking for a real developer who could code real good, please change your job ads from a solution architect to a "Senior .net desktop Developer", the first day UR guys interviewed me...I was like a dumb or blind...just kept on speaking...and the other person...kind of said once upon a while yes.


Ok that was fine...you had a techi interview...that guy is probably a oldie senior developer...who is expecting syntax specific answers...and may be at some GUI developement phaze he had some specific...problems he had some specific issues..that is what he is wanting as an answer...I really felt "INSULTED"...Please post your job profiles according to UR requirements...and "PLEASE HAVE THE UR INTERVIWER HAVE A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF THE JOB PROFILE AND THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TECHNICAL ARCHITECH".

I am not a beggar...I have had eight interviews until now...and ENCORA was the worst...please ask UR interviewers to go and recruit fresh grads...I shall definitely write this to Naukri and Monster India. I have had Symantec and Intuit, within last week, and am negotiang my CTC. But ENCORA was the worst...Had I been a Encora Interviewer... I would never have asked the kind of qtns...UR techi interviewer was asking me.

Well ..ask that interviewer...I could sponsor him A FREE TOUR TO THE US to my current work place...and let him see, , , the kind of JOB I do here...Architure to the perfection..

Any ways...no hard feelings...

But Please change UR JOB profile...else a proper Bangalorian, shall run after U guys with a fire arm.

Oh YES the only conceptual qtn UR interviewer asked was about Process and thread. Ask Bramha to become a tutor in an engg college he shall earn more.

Or else ask him if he is good at ERP concepts...and he could write reports ...very good...I can definitely get him hired in my compamy.

Really a horrible experience...may be I shall return to India after I have my own company, but never ever thru ENCORA...it gave me an ENRON effect..
