EPF Kandivili Office, Mumbai — Not received PF Dues after 9 months !

Dear Sir / Madam,

Filed PF Claim : MH / 41505 / 773.
Date Filed Claim : 22nd July 2008 at Malad / Kandivili.

PF asked support docs : 26th Sept 08 ( after 2 months )
(Knowing certificate from Bank, xerox of pass book, appointment letter &
undertaking that I have not recd PF & will refund overpayment - if any. )

Filed Support documents : 1st Dec 2008 ( 6 months already elapsed ! ).
EPF website shows : Docs receivde on Dec 11.
Form19 ( Receipt 80207573/ Form10C ) & (Receipt 80207574 / Form 10C )
is under process.

When we go to Malad / PF office - no information is given.

Pl advise how to get this amount.

I have worked with Our Own School, Mumbai for the past 17 years. However i resigned last year in the month of may due to my husband's ill health and have relocated to my native place.
I have sent my completed PF form to the organisation long time back, but they have not yet sent it to the PF office.
Please help me in getting my PF settled.

This is in reference to the P.F. form submitted by Yashodham High School on 21/10/2008, and
also the acknowledgement received by me for the same. After more than seven month delay claim has not yet settled. Could I please request you to kindly inform me, the reason behind the 7 months delay for the provident fund to be cleared, and also the expected date when the PF shall be cleared .

Sir, this is my own saving, why there is delay to get my own amount?

Hi,

I worked with a a company named AGS WORLD TRANSPORT in Delhi, I left that company in June_07 and couriered my form and documents to the Ags head office in Mumbai & after some time i was sent the acknowledgement of deposited my form to EPF office, Kandivali of dated 16 Dec_08.

I was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months. But i did't got any response from them as when will i get my money in my a/c..

I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.

My PF no is MH/94250/36.

Please look into matter.

Please do the needful and advice me the latest status asap.

SUB: EPF settlement
Dear sir,

I worked with a a company named Unisolinfra services Pvt Ltd, I left that company in Mar_07 and my form and documents to EPF office kandivali, Mumbai . First i got a payment indimation letter through post at Jan month, But, when i checked my account status in my home bank. its not credit.Then i make a call to kandaveli office they told me to send my account details. After some days i send my account detail letter to ur epf office. But, still they never respond over the phone(now the office phone no is out of service).
But i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone(now the office phone no is out of service).

I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.

Please look into matter.
