purchased on ESCORT company wrist watch from Big Bazaar chikkadpally which is under warranty after some its gold coating lost which is also under warranty coverage. i approached bigbazar people on 05/04/09 for getting service they received the watch and told me with in 10 days u will get the watch but till date no response from Big Bazaar people when ever i visited they told me we will call u you no need to come regularly but i am not understanding when i will get the call from them to get my watch i am very un happy with the services of Big Bazar as well as ESCORT Company which is mentoning wrong service centers in warranty card. afater this complaint pls return my watch back Was this information helpful? |
