Hello Everyone,

You all might have heard about a Fake Process, or a Person who cheats others telling them he has a good Process.
But i have something new for Everyone, especially, for the guys who are searching for job in Chennai and to the Genuine Clients who are willing to outsource their projects to Chennai.
Let me Introduce the Chennai's First FAKE BPO COMPANY, Eshcol Tech Solutions, which is located in 5th Floor, MLS Building, Venkatnarayana Road, T.Nagar, Chennai. But the Registration address for this company will show as Shollinganallur, Chennai.
Genuine Clients Please be very very careful with this company, before you Outsource any Project.
The Managing Director of this company is Mr. Rex Abraham, who is also the Managing Director for SACRED HEART SCHOOL, which is one of the famous Schools in INDIA.
The CEO of this Company (the Big time Cheater) is Mr. Augustine Vasanthraj Abraham.
This company, Eshcol Tech Solutions (BPO) is just functioning to show LOSS, as to save IT for SACRED HEART SCHOOL.
These Guys recruit employees for the name sake and tell them that he (the CEO) is going to make the company as 1500 seater one. But he has not given FULL SALARY to the employees. He will tell various reasons if the Employee asks for the Salary, in the end, he will blame the employee and will not give their SALARY.
On the other hand, he will TERMINATE the employees without any Reason and will not pay their Salary.
He will terminate them only 2 or 3 days before the Salary date and Start Recruitiing new guys once again.
The CEO Mr. Augustine Vasanthraj Abraham of this company will always be with 2 other persons Mr. Pradeep and Miss. Mini. C who are well known Cheaters in this Industry
Mr. Pradeep was terminated from many companies. One such Company is Sutherland Global Services.
Miss. Mini C, was also thrown out from many companies in Coimbatore.
These two persons will tell that they were a Process Manager and Operations Manager. Please be very very careful when you talk with these 3 guys as they record everything on their mobile.
These three are the main persons in this company, who make sure that no employee should work for more than 3 or 4 months. Also they ensure that all the process which comes in doesnt last for more than 2 months.
This Company has not run any Project for more than 2 Months. They just want to show LOSS at all times.
This Company came into existence around 8 months back, but till now the Employees has not go their PF (Provident Fund) number. There is no Provident Fund for the employees in this company.
If any Employee enquires about his/her SALARY SLIP, the next day that employee will be TERMINATED from the company.
This Company, ESHCOL Tech Solutions (BPO) is a BIG CURSE to our BPO inudstry.
Please someone help to Close this company.
IF anyone approaches you from this company asking for Process, Genuine Clients please be very careful before you deal with them.

If you guys really want to suffer than go and join, no pick up facilities, thy provide spoiled food for dinner, its only for the night shifts.there is this guy named RUSSEL who is a process trainer who is a very big time flirt so gals be careful.. thy give all this fake promises b4 and after joining the company but onces you be apart of them thy dont even care a 'F'...its waste of time and money..thy keep TERMINATING for simple and foolish reasons.. pls close the company thy make us work like SLAVES and thy sit and eat nicely... even whn i got selected it was just one interview round and thy gave me the OFFER LETTER after 22 days... just imagine the administration??.. NO professionalism at all, thy take us for GRANTED... and am not a fool to SPEND my precious time sitting here to make you all understand that what type of a FAKE BPO it is in chennai t-nagar, if you guys dont trust me and the remaining complains in this page than WELL give it a try and SUFFER from the curse and flustrations of ESHCOL TECH SOLUTIONS...plp pls pls pls BEAWARE of this FAKE ORGANISATION...

This the worst company a company the cheats their own employees and also people in the New York USA. they have a editing team and remove all the lies which were told to the customer and also the objections raised by the customer its like a question asked by the agent and the customer saying yes thats fraud and the client allows them to do that hes too a cheat, the CEO Augustine is a big show of and a rich beggar never pays salaries on time, the office is a entertainment center for him. He is very friendly with a Lady called Mini who's not fit to be a Team leader just a pastime for him, with her boyfriend Pradeep and also has an admin team a bunch of who swindle him of a lot of money, one is an electrician another is a painter and other is a other is north Indian, neither of them can speak English properly and they are his friends to who make him spend. this call center is a disgrace to the industry wish them the worst. and whats more its run by a religious family.

I totally agree with you guys, I had a very bad experience working for this company, the ceo augustine is a big fraud who never pays salary on time, they run the center to play with black money and save on income tax on their school, the ceo makes some of the employees working with him like friends and fools around, it is fraud call center, the ceo is also a big flirt and has an affair with a lady Yamini who he made team leader and whos another mans wife, he also has a bunch of together with him who dont know anything about BPO and cant skeak english straight, clients and people looking for jobs beware of this center dont spoil your career there.
