euro packer and movers — making their customer helpless

i want to shift my house hold items from kalyan to bhopal due to my job transfer through euro movers and packer, i can not able to forget his salesman' name mr mukesh sharma at the time of loading i paid them 20% of total amount decided and the goods started moving from my old home smoothly but after two days mr mukesh sharma was asking more money to deliver the goods, when i have asked the reason he can told any thing and said if you not give me more money i will lock your goods in my warehouse, since i also was at new place in bhopal and given them 200 times more money as decided.
