I did receive similar message and soon after that I received my work permit and contract at my postal address on bond paper. Now I am in procedures with the embassy for the visa. They took copy of the work permit and contract as well as medical and my passport now I am waiting for them to call me once the visa is confirmed. They told me it takes about 10 work days, more or less two weeks or something.
Hi Rory,
Where are you from?
when did you pay the delivery of your documents(cv, motivation letter, etc.)?What position did you apply for?
Lastly, did they ask you to pay again for additional processing fee?
Its nice to know that there's somebody like you who would have share the status of his application with us. Thanks!

originally from South Africa and the job is as a housekeeper. I used the our south Africa post to send my documents I do not know what do you mean when, the moment I got the prepared documents I organized to send them.and no I have not paid anything else.
i mean the exact date of your payment... Could you post here the exact content of the email sent to you confirming your successful work permit application? Jst delete those confidential details.
I was giving shifts at work for several days, the work permit is not in an email it is received through post back from the employer in case they hire you. It is always on paper not in email copy. If that helps …
hi.. everyone i just received this letter today... yes i must admit im really happy to know that i the site respond to my application... but i at the back of my head is the doubt that this is only another scam and somebody out there only uses our eagerness to have a decent job for our family... i hope and pray this is true with god guidance, i will try for my family...
Hello!
Thank you for your registration in our web site and for the fact that you trusted us as intermediaries!
Basically, it is considered that your qualification, experience and motivation RESPOND to the vacancy you are applying for. You are confirming that statement by registering with our website. In case that it does not respond to the above-mentioned, please, notify us, so that we could stop processing your application temporarily.
It is important to be stated that our cooperative work is based on dual interest for the both parts. You are interested to start a legal job in the European Union and we, on the other hand, are interested in getting our remuneration from your job transfer there.
Of course, we have to invest first before we get out profit. Please, be informed that finding an European employer, ready to accept candidatures from your country is not an easy job to be done. There are lots of preliminary made conversations and correspondence with various employers, most of who are saying "no" at the beginning. After all, in your case we are even not sure that we will have a positive result at all. Our experience indicates that (sorry to say that) everything depends on the circumstance and the possibility your candidature to be "sold out".
In case everything develops favorably, there is an option for the employer to hire you under employment contract and then the departure abroad usually is within a month. There is also another option - the so-called "professional education", in this case, the departure actually is after a week. In this case, your status will be of an employee of a company from your country or of an employee of a company from another country, who will be send in the employer company on a business trip for training purposes. The social security is paid in your country and is considerably lower than the ones in Europe and this makes this work category particularly attractive to the foreign employers. "On the job training" can last even a year. Practice indicates that usually the "trainees" sign normal employment contracts with their employers and thus remain to work in Europe completely legally. Of course, during the "on the job training" process, the status is entirely legal and the payment normally is the same as on a work contract.
We would like to remind you that our preliminary work regarding your application is oriented to an offer same or similar to the offer of the EMPLOYER INDICATED BY YOU INITIALLY (the offer which you specified). So, in the job offer, you may read the WORK CONDITIONS AND PAYMENT for the job, which will be potentially provided to you.
As we have not received your recommendation as stated in our previous letter, we will make an evaluation of your work potential and will send it instead of a recommendation to your potential future employer.
Why is the recommendation so important?
The European employment system is almost entirely based on the system of recommendations. The employer trusts only employees who are capable of presenting a good recommendation. It is very frequent that letters of recommendation are checked for their truthfulness and authenticity.
It is very important and in many of the cases it is of crucial importance to reply affirmatively when an employer requests confirmation for the authenticity of the recommendation. We attached your personal email to the details of the party issuing the recommendation. In other words, there is a possibility that the employer sends a letter to your email, in order to check the truthfulness of the recommendation. In this case, please, plan accordingly so that the employer gets a confirmation reply by all means.
What are the steps to follow:
- Upon processing of your details, there follows a conversation with the employer, from which we will get to know his/her attitude to your application.
- if the employer says "OK" to your application, he/she will indicate what documents are necessary individually in your case.
- follows preparation of the required documents plus a registration in the foreign state work force office (according to our work principle).
It is your responsibility to get through this stage. In case, you cannot manage by yourself, it will be necessary to use the services of specialized companies. We recommend using companies that provide the whole package: the official documents, plus the official state form for obtaining of work permission, as well as the forms and papers filled in with your details, which will be necessary after your arrival abroad. These may be the registration form for the police office for getting permanent residence, for registration in the tax department and for obtaining of a social security number or the so called "work card".
The prices of all these documents range about and less than 50 euro.
- Upon successful completion of the first stage, there follows departure and job start.
Plane tickets are covered by the employers. Sometimes this is gratuitous; however there are cases when the employer might cover the ticket price by small installments from your initial payment.
Of course, we will be with you and will cooperate with you with information and particular activities in each of the stages.
In this stage, it is of main importance to provide as much information about you and your work potential, your skills as an employee, your level of future adaptation and so on.
Each stage is important, but we are now, according to us, in the phase when a determining evaluation will be given for you. So, it is of main significance to complete all required steps, as well as possible and within normal timeframe.
Our experience indicates that usually these efforts are rewarded.
We really hope to receive from you as much cooperation as possible, and at the same time, we would like to assure you in our readiness to react quickly and effectively regarding your application.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
You are going to receive various messages form us at different stages of your application, some of which might be of grate importance (like, for instance, an interview invitation in case of a positive reply form the employer's end, etc.)
Before that we have to be sure that our messages reach you by all means. As per our experience sometimes it does not happen.
Let us clarify:
A significant part of our applicants register in a dozen of job sites together with their registration on our web site. The things spin out to the extent that it is hard to pick out the real serious proposals amongst the non-effective or least-effective attempts of recruiting. It is not a secret that a part of those jobsites aim at grabbing money from the applicants only: "pay ?300 in advance" or "your job is 100% guaranteed but you have to pre-pay your accommodation in the hotel"… (there is no practice to pre-pay your hotel reservation in Europe) and so on.
Unfortunately, our applicants receive messages like those together with our e-mails. There is a real danger some of our messages to be missed amongst all this stuff. Our e-mails are really important! Most often they are a result of hard work done by the team dealing with your job transfer. Sometimes, they do not bring good news (like in cases of a negative reply form the employer) but there are also favourable messages concerning a positive development of an application.
In case we are sending a long message or one containing attachments (there are often work invitations, employment contracts, work visa obtaining guidelines, etc.) it is often placed in your "bulk mail" folder ("spam folder") because of the shortcomings of the spam filter, and in most of the cases it stays unread there!!!
Ultimately, it turns out that the applicant misses his/her opportunity and all our resources invested in his/her candidature are lost for nothing; we also lose our profit which is to be paid by the employer when hiring our applicant.
Our correspondence is really important – from this moment on we are staring a serious and, we hope, successful process of giving currency to your job application.
NOTE: Please, add our e-mail to your address book. This way our messages will reach your inbox most probably. Make sure you are adding particularly (and not some other one).
Sincerely,
Vacancies Abroad Group
In case you do not want to receive messages from us any longer – you are rejecting our service for one reason or another - please, send us a blank message to our email with subject “REJECT”. You will be replaced from our transfer list and our correspondence will be stopped immediately. Thank you!

I think we are too much afraid to trust anyone anymore in life. Even if you see the person you never know what is in his head. That is the tragic of our contemporary life. I would like to wish you everyone to have more trust in the good things that can happen to us in life. Have more courage and faith and you shall be rewarded!
hi..I'm also one of the applicant but still confusing if it's tru, it's interesting but i hope they would allow us to borrow for that amount then let us pay when we can fly...agree?
You would need to check with them for fly now pay later. My friend applied with them but paid minimal, never thought of asking so much favor because wanted the job desperately and was ready to sacrifice minimal amount. My guess would be you need to act by their rules if you want the job as he did. Now I am beginning an application there too.
After 2 long months of waiting, i now have the result of the work permit applicationg, and it says i'm not hired. good thing though that its not my only option. Now its up to you if you find it real or suspicious. Its just that i wasted 2 months for nothing, for something that is too much to be true. Well, good luck to all o[censored]s!
To Joseph08: Are they suggesting solution or any further job. I mean to say if you were not hired things should not be left that way but seek further possibilities or a job. Every job application can end with not being hired, to me they never promised that I would be 100% hired and I applied with the full understanding that my result can be either negative or positive.
yeah you are right, i forgot to include that they also mentioned that they will look for another job offer within 10 days and according to them, there will be no additional fees. why jayZ? Have you sent an application with them too?
i received also a letter from them and i pay 32euro which is i didnt give the number. I just want to know if its true. Somebody help me. Please.
I paid only for documents to a preparation company, but I gave them payment information because otherwise no way to get my documents. So after I got the documents prepared my application proceeded and right now I am to make the plane ticket arrangements, visa is already safely stamped in my passport. One advice from me, no one in that forum will help you with a job, all are failed or successful job seekers. Try to contact an agency of your choice and ask them to help you find a job. That will be much better for you!
well you will never know if its true or not if we don't try...just take risk if you want to know the truth it depends on you!!!
hi everyone...i hope i will get an answer to this...i already paid the 32 euros for my documents to be process and it already did. I receive an email from them the name of my employer and its address, and luckily after researching for the name of the company, i found it, but they want me to pay for another 16 euros for my papers to be sent to my employer and im still thinking about it...what will I do? please help me...
yes, their courier fee is 16.50 eur, not 16. You can get it - it's really fast and convenient. They know how to print out the documents and how to send them. It spares you a lot of efforts. Still, this is just an option - it's stated there you may or may not get it - whatever you prefer. Just think how much DHL or TNT would charge you...
i already received email saying that i have already employer in ireland, they ask me to provide the following:
1. Your personal registration number from the foreign work force office
2. Work permit application form
3. Motivation letter, containing
4. CV European standard
they ask me to provide 32euro for them to send or process the said requirements, but i really don't know if its true or not, i really want to work but i am so confused and doubted, hope there is someone who could help me we this dilemma.all o[censored]s don't want to be cheated by anyone because all we want is to work and earn money to provide our family.

Why do you always think you will be cheated? Are there only cheaters all around you? I already shared my experience with them in this blog. All my expenses were these 32 euros. Nothing more. I got the documents prepared by [protected]@gmail.com on time. Then the work permit application process followed, etc. Now I'm here in Dublin. Give it a try. It's worthy.
Coz i received an email advise from them saying that in no time the result of work permit application will come out and they suggested me to search for an airline who will take me to europe in the future. Is there anyone who were able to receive this kind of email update from them? Its 3 weeks now after i paid and transmitted my docs.
Kindly help us categorize this if this is real or a real scam. I have this doubt but still they have my trust, for now! Hope this whole thing is true!
