I Army no 6816989 Ex Hav/SKT Pharu Singh retired from services on 04 Dec 1980.

I did pat II order of my son birth which now i do not have.

Presently my son is mentally challanged and need medical treatment.I had approached to my parent ECHS clinic and learnt that for treatment requires DO Part II order no and date CTC for further processing.

In view of the above you are requested to organize to send the CTC of My SON Mulkit Singh Date of birth 30 May 1966 DO part II order at below mentioned address.
