Tkt Nos:38649/38653 for Rs.130/= and Tkts NO:95417/95421 for Rs70/=(5*200= Rs1000/=)
I had sent a complaint to your address on 31-12-09 regarding excess amount charged in ordinary bus from Madurai to Chennai.I had mentioned the bus no and tickets nos in my earlier mail..The concerned conductor receieved Rs.200 per head (5 tickets totalling Rs.1000/=)in ordinary bus which was superscribed in front glass. I asked you to refund the excess amount at earliest to my above address.

went by rickshaw to Versorva village from Lokhandwala complex at 5pm for a fare of Rs30/- Returned to Lokhandwala Complex after an hour by another rickshaw and the meter reading showed Rs 68/-The details are as follows :
