Expressit Courier — Non-Delivery of Credit Card

Dear Sir ICICI Bank Credit Card despatched by the bank on 03 November 2008 vide AW Number [protected] through ExpressIT Courier did not reach me so far. On enquiry today, the bank verified the status and informed that the card was not delivered as I was not available at my address, whereas being an Army Officer, I am available in the office everyday including holidays as it is my office address. Today I enquired from the Courier Office at Lucknow on the telephone number[protected] provided to me by the bank and I was told that they will come back, but there was no response so far. ExpressIT couriers — Non delivery of Credit card

Everybody is true, that this is the most hopless courier service...

Nobody comes for delivery, and on website they put... client not available...

Despite of repeated calls with their JB Nagar office and constant followups... nobody came to deliver the courier and on website they have put that their person had come to deliver the couries...

Overall its a usless and hopless courier...

What on earth has made SBI, ICICI or other big players in industry tempt to send couriers via Expressit couriers.

I shall lodge an official complaint against them in SBI and consumer court.

Dear Sir,
My daughter's PAN Card was dispatched on 13th September 2012 through Expressit Logistics Worldwide Limited vide Airway Bill No. [protected] but not yet received. On talking to their Mumbai office Customer Care, they simply say that it will be delivered in next two days. More than a month's time has already passed but not yet delivered. Plz look into the matter.
