Actually i got a post from Royalsundaram werein i have the policy documents.those guys have already sent the post on Oct 10 and it was abt to reach my place...but till now its not arrived at my place. wen i spk to royalsundaram they say dat it has been delivered, and they gave me tracking id wen i traced it out, it shows it has already been delivered. wen i called the customer care of Express it...no one is bothered to lift the phone, i called on all the numbers dat they gave me.
i wanna really say dat customer service of expressit reallyy sucks.
