[Resolved]  Expressit Couriers — PAN CARD NOT DELIVERED !!

Dear Friends,

My Pan card was couriered through Expressit on June 4th. The document was kept in their Cochin office for 3 days. When i enquired with NSDL Tax Information Network of the Income Tax Department they gave me the courier details and airway bill number as[protected]. I went to their office at Amulya Street Providence Road Cochin. The officials were wearing a Orange T Shirt and they casually replied " document has reached our office, but not there in this office, the courier delivery will be made within 7 days, its only 3 days now". This response itself speaks volumes about the so called "ISO company". What ethics the company has i wonder. This is the worst courier experience i have ever had in my life. I had called up their customer complaint number, sent a mail still there was no response. I wonder how the Income Tax depatment sends valuable documents through such unethical courier companies. I am still waiting for my pan card, its DAY 4. I am planning to take up the matter with Senior IT officials.

I request the general public to be cautious while sending their valuable documents through Expressit.
