In pursuant to our detailed conversation on the said subject, we would like to clarify that cancellation request on the airline site was not triggered by us. We take this opportunity to inform that we in no way would trigger the cancellation request without the consent of our customer either through mail or over the call. As a matter of fact, we have verified the details with the respective airline who confirmed that the cancellation took place from the said IP address, which doesn’t belong to us.
We understand that your inability to communicate with us in the situation would have caused you a lot of inconvenience and frustration. We acknowledge that are instances of customers not being able to access our phone lines on account of the extremely high volume of calls that were being received on account of the offers launched.
Applicable ezeego1 handling and transaction fee for cancelled transactions has already been waived off from our end as a special gesture. We hope this would go some way in restoring your faith in us.
