HELLO EVERYBODY I THINK THIS SITE IS JUST A TIMEPASS ONE. NO ONE ATTENDS YOUR GREVIENCES. THERE ARE JUST NUMEROUS ADDS AND NO SOLUTION. This is with reference to the order (Order No 55103) I placed with you long back. I received a order despatch mail about two months back but have yet to receive the parcel. How can it possibly take this long??I have been checking the website my account section every few days, but that still says "to be despatched" .

The package however contained a white Hollister Tee without any tags in a Polo's packaging.

I agree with your concern, the same thing happened to me, they showed few of my ordered products for me in transit with the same long digit which no courier service in india has such a tracing id. I checked with Bluedart with the transaction id. This is such a useless site and i stopPed ordering from F& Y and i am going to recomend my friends who are in my list not to buy anything from F& Y. There contact num has changed and when tried calling the new num, it says pls check the num u dialed. They never reply to mails.

I believe u should change your name from fashion and you to we r sorry to u...coz this is wat u guys are gud at just saying sorry... i[censored] dont have the stuff to sell then why do u show them... in short this site is just to lure people,make them wait for their ordered stuff and at end what we get to hear from u is that sorry but the things u have ordered is out of stock....your dealings with your suppliers must be pathetic thats why they dont give u your own placed orders...similarly dealing with your clients is also miserable as we get to know that our orders will not be delivered ever as u dont hav them after 6-8 weeks.

I had bought a pair of expensive shoes from www.fashionandyou.com. The company is associated with Aramex for their courier services. The courier company failed to deliver the parcel and called to apologize. They re-shipped the shoes back to fashionandyou.com. And now they will neither refund my money nor send me my shoes. I have been calling and chasing you guys for it and literally begging you for my own money.

Jabong and Myntra are way better and ofcourse thats why they are leading now. You guys are full of , promise but dont refund the money,
