[Resolved]  Fashnvia — Product Not received

when did u bought ur item.It would defenitely come .Because i bought an item of sports wear.They took one month to ship to my address.They won't reply to ur mails.Better do onething call them on [protected], and time is morning 9 to 11.

I ordered before 6 months, but stilI i didn't receive the product...
I sent lots mail, but there is no reply..
if we send mail regarding product means they reply immediately, after purchase there is no response..
Dont buy anything from this www.fashnvia.com..
I going to file complaint regarding this...

I am also ordered 2 t-shirt from fashnvia.com. Amount already deducted from my account, but now they deny my order & don't receive any phone call from my end. They also won't reply to my mail. how they cheat like this??? Don't buy anything from fashnvia.com...

I ordered one jeans and one pair of chappals one month back ago , i paid the full amount but my product is still not received and they are not answering to my calls . PLEASE DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE FASHONVIA.COM

it is totally fake online site fooling to customers

I have ordered some goods too. No response!
Been over a week. The phone Number is either unreachable or Busy. They done even call back even after 20 attempts!

These are bunch o[censored]nprofessionals...I have still not received my product, I have no choice but to complaint now...they will not call nor do they answer emails/calls...

Don't buy anything from them they are frauds

I can file the complaint if I get to know their address, which I am searching...with my network i should be able to trace them...!! Will keep the forum informed

Fashnvia and Dealsandyou both are big cheaters and you can just type in search option FASHNVIA you will get a long list of same type of complaints, please let me know also, if their is any legal procedure to teach them a lesson... they are nothing but just bluddy cheaters

Fashnvia — Online Fraud

I have been a quiet regular customer in this online shopping site called Fashnvia (www.fashnvia.com) ,
Recently I made an order with them (Order No. 107954) , But what happened was that I accidentally made a twice order because something went wrong with the internet banking with my bank (Axis Bank) , I called up axis bank and they said they will reverse the amount within 2 working days , But what the guys did was that they instead processed the transaction and made an order once again , because of this the order was made twice , Hope its understandable what I have typed , the second order no was : Order No. 107946 ,
So i called fashnvia and they said they will refund it and asked me to send details of my bank , which i sent on May-25-2011 , They said they transferred the amount (Rs.624) on the same date , but still now I haven't got it , when I called my bank and enquired they said no online transactions have been made , so I called fashnvia again but they aren't responding , sometimes wen I call them , the call goes on waiting , but wen I call is going no one is picking up , I think they have blocked my number , Noone isn't responding now , and also my successful transaction's order is also not shipped,
I am supposed to receive one product and also a refund of the same product coz it was ordered twice by mistake ,
Now they aren't picking up the call and also not responding to E-Mails ,
I have no idea wat to do , I can go pay them a visit in bangalore , But no address has been mentioned ,
Should i proceed with a legal injuction or what should i do , Some1 help me please

It is the utmost fraud company, they are beggars begging in style of online shopping.
Let them do whatever they want simply stay away from fraud.

Somehow police should take action on them, if not they will become crorepati by this fraud only.

Hai rennie from kalpakkam, in the month of March 04.03.11, i booked a
pair of shoes.

Till date not received booked in my friends account ashok raj.
Order no.98436. (MAKE: LAWMAN PG3)
contacted so many times thru mail & mobile no response.
contact number[protected] of the concern.

After repeated calling a person from that concern message me,

that your product will receive dated: 25.05.11, but till date no response.
Expecting a good reply. I need my money back or get the shoes.
