I am adding this complaint So that every body knows about Fast Packer worst service.
I had booked my household items and Car from Noida to Bangalore from this packer.
During Quotation time his agent (Amit) said things will reach Bangalore in 10 Days safely. He said that They will use Bubble packing sosososos.
Worst Service Point1- When They came for packing, They do not have sufficient cartoons. They do not have Bubble packing. They do not sufficient Rapping papers. The packing was worst. No Rain proof packing.
Worst Service Point2- They ask for money after packing. So many Hidden charges not said in Quotations.
Bill reached 1.5 times as per original Quotation.
Worst Service Point3- Car reach in 15 days in Bangalore with several tracking. Fast Packer did not receive calls for my queries for car. hey hand over my car to some other transport carrier and become relax.
Worst Service Point4- They did not deliver car at home. I went presently to NealManagla to collect the car after 4 hour journey in Bus.
Worst Service Point5- The car was so dirty and used that there was no place to touch. All dirty. Fast packer ride car 1000 km in taxi as per mete reading of car.
Worst Service Point6- I asked for cleaning of car but no body response Then spend money from my pocket.
Worst Service Point7- The household item was placed reached at Bangalore after 20 days sarting from Noida.
Items was roughly put it in Godown and No body informed me for delivery.
Worst Service Point8- After several tracking I came to know about my house hold. Now they asking for money for differnet-2 reason apart then payment done in Noida.
Worst Service Point9- I transferred amount in Delhi account of Fast Packer then they deliver the things but all things was broken.Several things was missing.Most of Household things becomes garbage.
Worst condition.
I lost Money Household Items, Time and several things with Fast Packers.
My humble request is that Do Not Go for Fast packer Movers.
I am giving below detail so that you can identify the cheaters easily.
