yeh, same happen with me. their staff is very rude and non cooperative. i request all not to use their servcies at all.

I think this service centre should the compensate mr saxena for the scratches & return the extra amount of service.I think max. service charges of car is 2000/.its max.Service centre people should speak in manners.
I am using their services from last one year, and I have not faced any problem like this. The staff is ok.

I am regular customer of fasttrack for last two year, I found their services very satisfactory & they charges are also ok. I inquire about mr. saxena vehicle, as per them apart from service (Rs. aprox 2000/-) they also change brake pad (aprox 1200/-), seat drycleaning (aprox 650/-) and Air intak system cleaning (Rs. 900/-) done at 30000 km.
I got my car serviced from Fast Track showroom at Vasundhara. I'll advise everyone, please don't go for Fast Track, be it noida or ghaziabad showroom. All they care for is money. Pathetic service, rude staff. they did not even ask me and did few things in my car and generated heavy bill.
fast track is not a good service centre at all located at vasundhara ghaziabad i got my car seviced by them it is not working satisfactorly at all .

As far as your concern, you haven't mentioned what all things are done during your specific visit so it’s not ethical on your or any one part to do bad publicity of any dealership/ service centre.
For your information In any mechanical working component may it be from Rocket or small wrist Watches no 2 similar products function same over a period of time it totally depends on how one use the product so there is no point is putting such query on web as you will never get satisfactory answer throughout your life. Let me tell you one thing no one in this world is perfect car drive. SO REQUESTING YOU ALL TO PLEASE BEFORE MAKING ANY SUCH DO PROPER HOME WORK N STOP PUTTING SUCH EASY COMMENTS AND BLAMING OTHERS. HOPE YOU ARE THAT LITERATE TO READ OWNERS MANUAL BEFORE SENDING CAR FOR SERVICE

I think this types of mistakes usually done by every service centre staff. Hence, after service we should immediately check the vehicle and if found any problem and tell them strictly and resolve the problem on the same day or next day. In the month of February 2010 clutch plate change work was done in the month of January 10 and wheel alignment / balancing and other small wokrs was done from
FAst track they charged me approx. 8000/- . After two three days I feel that wheel alingment work was not done by them. Again I returend the vehicle and asked to complete the work and again they charged Rs.500/- for wheel alignment and I paid the money. I asked them to return my money they told me that this charge will be adusted in future. After 4-5 months I got the same problem and when I saw my right hand side frot tyre got damaged almost dead end. I again contacted to Mr. Rawat owner of the Fast track he solved the problem and done work and adjusted my money. In my opinion everyone should get value for money. Dharmendra

Very bad experience in customer handling. Staff is very rude. They commit 4 Hrs time but take more than 7 hrs in returning the car. if you call and ask staff start shouting . Not a professional approach.
No issue in the service but if your customer handling is so rude and on asking any query your people start shouting i don think anyone wants to take services from you. My First time experience is pathetic. will not recommend it.
