[Resolved]  fine computers — Forged Laptop

fine computers ... fraud computers ... they are whole family cheating people of their hard earned money... they give such offers by replacing duplicate parts with original inside laptops and computers... i[censored] dont beleive me then take your laptop directly to the company"s service centre ... they tried to cheaat me to by giving me a duplicate laptop but when i started to query about the company seal and warranty, they panicked and gave me a original one from another dealer... PLEASE GUYS DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM ... I HAVE SEEN MANY PEOPLE COMING TO THEIR SHOP AND ASKING MONEY BACK... AND THOSE OFFERS ARE JUST A EYE WASH... THOSE GIFTS ARE ALSO DUPLICATE ... FRAUD COMPUTERS...

Hi Friend,

Please consult with proper lawyer regarding this and give intimation to police . I had doubt on offers given by finecomputer . I have planned to buy the laptop from them but now dropped the plan .

Don't upload any proof here for safety . Also please take lot of photocopies . (If police ask, give the photocopy only ) .

I don't know howmany frauds are here to cheat the peoples .

If anyone having experience with fine computer, please publish here .It will be helpful to avoid the problems .

You are true..Am also the victim of this forged company.I paid 30, 000 for Dell laptop with 100 % cash back offer..but they have collected money from me and have not dispatched the material till date, its almost 2 months.Whenever i call they used to tell me the cock and bull stories.Finally i asked them to refund.Now Mr.kannan who got money from us is telling that he is in hyderabad and will inform the date for refund.These people were simply cheating the innocent people and making money.i should have viewed this forum, before going there..Waste of time and money because of their false commitments..Am planning to move legally.I advice people to think twice before getting into this fraud company.

yes friends this is a big fraud... those cheater won't respect other values...don't buy anything from them...

Me also paid money last month 20th Nov'14 and still i didnt get my laptop. They are not responding the proper manner. I am really helpless what to do. Please do not believe their words and ads and pay your money in fine computers.

My friends don't purchase anything from FINE COMPUTERS its totally fraud and 420 they are sell only Duplicate and second sale items they give more offers its fraud. why give offers? the items totally damaged and already opened and used goods they did not give any warranty. I too bought a Dell laptop from Fine computers in the year 2011 i was checked its warranty period that already completed two years before then i will go to ask them he did not give any answer. Now my friend also cheated by them they are total family cheated guys just i going to lodge a compliant in police station.

Fine Computer is No.1 Fraud in the world. on 2014 i ordered a laptop for 30, 000 they told tomorrow ill give delivery. they delivered a laptop after 15days. tat was a secondhand laptop with new packing. most of the dealer ll get 1000rs as advance. But this Fraud FINE COMPUTERS got Full amount. and no response .. if i called He reply i m out of station .. pls call me next week.

I am morris from India. I faced a very bad experience with this western union money transfer company. Particular amount transferred via this company from Australia. I got email regarding this transfer to collect and i checked @ my local western union agent and I got no proper response or answer from them also from customer care. Even i am trying for a while, no response. My money locked with this company.

I have ordered a Micromax 40 in LED Television from FINE Computers coimbatore and has paid the amount of Rs 18000/-(Receipt no: 1027 dated 01/10/15 and 1030 dated 09/10/15 respectively). But i am not received my product still 01.11.2015 so i cancelled my order and told them to refund my amount. They gave the check but it is returned and still i am get my product and amount..

Hai friends am also cheated fine computers am orderd washingmachine in 14.03.2016 am pay money in state bank of india but I had follow every day they tell today sending tomorrow sending to a false statement every day. 18.03.2016 am asking kindly refund my money. That day he is tell u r order onida washingmachine but is not stock in our warehouse. Haier washing machine is available so put in extra 2500 in state bank u delivered item in monday evening when am putting money in sbi monday morning whole of fine computers number is blocked only one person response in trichy branch when am move to trichy thats am conformed that's is a big cheater still am not recived product and money plz friends do not bought anything in fine computers many innocent people money. After reading all this review i want to check myself this company beeing a Criminal lawyer i thought i give it a go and visited their showroom to purchase a decent laptop, i would say the approached me well and welcomed me good and when i enquirer about laptop they payed attention to my needs and requirement and expenses and other criteria after spending 30 - 40 mins i was happy about the approach and i turned towards this issue of forum about all u people said, politely they asked me i[censored] have an hour for us we can make it clear about all these issues and i agreed i spoke to 4 of their customers 1 in PSG tech a professor another one in Commissionaire office 3 rd in Collect orate and 1 in New york who from 10std is a regular visitor of Fine Computers and regular buyer who brought laptop here they all reported that they r all happy and when i cross verified the same forum issues with these people they explained me politely, in midst of this huge retail war here one is to defeat the other in sales either directly or indirectly and mostly fake news gets spread more vibrant then real ones they too agreed that there was issues with few of their customers and no body can satisfy all their customers even brands like apple sumsung and other leading brands use to throw stone on one another, when asked about the delay that is caused they explained clearly that a product carries 2 prices low price and spl price when ordered for the spl price we are suppose to pay full amount and wait for the said dates or above as it will take time to reach us, about the fake products listed in the forum they opened challenged me to check it they duly check the laptops before delivered and if we not to check it they r ready to provide it ib sealed box and can claim warranty directly .they also agreed of miss communication thats happening due to staff and misleads that happens of it .SO what i am here to clariify is i ordered a HP laptop for 27000 and i got it in a week and the product is genuine and i am happy before throwing stones on others lets conclude that they r running a showroom for 18 years and they are strong we are not kitto to buy a product which is not over priceed then MRP, They duly check the product in front o[censored]s before delivery we can clarify there and more over if they r not satisfaction then we can approach the forum of Jurisdiction and gentle action for more polite, i dont know how many of them posted here are true i am not a admirer i am a investigator and ready to investigator more HAPPY PURCHASES !! they also taken notes to update and adress customer issues

THIS IS SUCH A FRAUD COMPANY!! I went there getting a laptop. I ordered for Lenovo convertabile laptop for rs.35000.While paying they didn't have a swiping machine also. So we went ATM to get cash. We able to get 20000 only. THANK GOD!! So we gave 15000 and said we will give balance tomorrow. Then I saw the reviews. We asked for refund. Now They are making fool out o[censored]s!

Guys! We have to do something. We have to take legal steps. We have to damn stop them. We can't let people get cheated by them. We have to submit a complaint in Police station first. I'm going to do. It would easier if there are few more evidences. We have to get together.
