I had placed a order with the website on the 19th of Sept and was assured of delivery of books in 20-25 days. The money was duly debited form my card. After a few days, I checked the site to see the status as: "Not available, procuring from other warehouse". However, there was no mail/calls to me on the same.
After waiting for more than 40 days, I re-checked, only to find the website is no longer operational. Assuming it to be a temporary condition, I sent them a mail on the 29th of September 2010. There was no response to my mail. Post that , I have send them many reminders without any response. The website is still not oprational as on date.
These people seem to be big-time fraudsters. I am extremely frustrated with my one-time experience with them. Was this information helpful? | 
firstandsecond.com — Non-delivery of product
This is with reference to the book purchase I had made with www.fisrtandsecond.com on 2nd May using my credit card. The amount was Rs. 316/-, the order number - [protected]. The book was supposed to be delivered by 5th May, however the book has not been delivered till date. I have already send 02 mails to them and called them 'n' number of times. Its the guard who picks up the phone and says the server is down and there's nobody in office. This has been going on for last 07 days.
