[Resolved]  Firstsource — Issuance of relieving letter and breakup of FNF amount

Address: Thane, Maharashtra

I worked with Firstsource from April 2011 to March 2012. I had resigned on 3rd April 2012 and completed all the formalities of resignation. Since I was in training period for Axis process, so serving notice period was not compulsary as per HR. I was told to collect FNF amount and relieving after 45 days. I visited Firstsource vashi office and I was surprised to hear that my FNF amount is -6101/- . I had an arguement with HR and they agreed that is was a mistake from their end and they will correct the amount. But, I have not received any written communication from the HR team, though it is confirmed on call that my FNF amount now is Rs. -2364/-.

Issuance of relieving letter

I worked with Firstsource from may 2016 to May 2017. I had resigned on 5th may 2017 and completed all the formalities of resignation. Since I was forcefully asked to move out of quality team and go to phh process for training, attended the training for 2 weeks. My Ids were not working and I was suppose to undergo process certification. I was not comfortable working as an agent for production team. So I decided and put down my papers post discussing with Tasneeth ( Manager of PHH).
I submitted my resignation on the tool on May 5th. To get an immediate releaving Tasneeth adviced to speak to HR on the same.
Met Dalton on the same day to speak about the immediate releaving. Dalton informed me that, since I was in training and hence he got confirmation from his higher level stating that the notice period will be waived off. Dalton informed me to submit the i'd card to Nishaan and collect the releaving letter after 45days.
When requested for an releaving acceptance letter, I was informed that it's against the policy and hence the joining company HR should send an email requesting same.
Dalton confirmed me that serving notice period was not compulsary as per HR Policy. But when I visited the office after 30days to check about the releaving letter, I was told that my resignation was accepted only on May 22nd, and hence I was asked to come back after 25 days. I was surprised to hear that my FNF amount is -20059/-. When asked why should I pay when it was confirmed that the notice period is waived off on the day I submitted the ID.
HR blamed on the Operations Team Manager Tasneeth is not ready to waive the notice period and they demanded to pay the amount mentioned above.

PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL AND EXPECTING A CALL FROM GENIE TEAM TO DISCUSS ON FEW MORE CONCERNS FACED BY ME, WHILE I WAS IN THE COMPANY AND ALSO WHEN IM OUT OF THE COMPANY.

Hope will get a solution atleast from you.

Regards,
HARIHARAN
