Florist — failure of refund on order cancellation
Very sad to put a complain on this site ....however ,In spite of my several reminders to www.floraindia.com I failed to get the money refunded as promised.This happened on 09th October 09 ,I ordered for Sweets on the occasion of Diwali for my parents in Nagpur in the morning ,when I called parents to let them know that I have arranged for sweets through floraindia,they told me that they were travelling in emergency,so they would not be home by Diwali.
Since the payment was authorised ,I emailed Floraindia to cancel the Order No. FG7685.
The order was cancelled ,and I asked them to reverse the money to my account. Apparently no luck on refund nor did they deliver the sweets later on my request.
The worse part of all is they do not even acknowledge my emails any more.
It's a shame and I'd not recommend any one to order online with this company.Sorry to say Pooja the customer service is poor and you do not deliver as what is advertised on your website.
What good does it do (whether it is Red Dutch or White Scandinavian), if the flowers reach long after the Valentine's Day?!
