Florist Chennai — Not delivered and No Refund

I had ordered a bunch of flowers and a chocolate box to be delivered to a friend in chennai on 8/9/2010 using http://www.floristchennai.com
It was supposed to get delivered on 9/9/2010. But it was not delivered on that day. hence i had asked for a refund. But they tried to deliver it next day which i refused and asked for a refund. Till now i have not received any refund and not even a email notification. The contact no provided is also not valid. hence please beware of this online delivery website.
