DEFECTIVE MOBILE FLY B700 IMEI NO. [protected] Dear Sir, I had bought a mobile vide your invoice no.[protected] dt. 18.01.08 Hot Spot Retails Pvt. Ltd. Block- 2,1735 & Block-2 1735/1, Chowk Mata Rani, Ludhiana. on installation is was defected that it had following faults. Bluetooth connectivity with both sim not available. Network on second sim not responding. Busy tone continuingly coming. Hanging problem. I had contacted your service center on 20.01.08 as they did not possess USB CABLE they refused to accept my problem. And called me again on 04.02.08. I had approached your service center address Harjeeo Corporation 19-A, Shastri Nagar, Model town, Opp. R.S. Model School, Ludhiana. Dt.04.01.08 & job sheet no.4317, but response has been negative. Please accept the faulty mobile and give me a replacement of any other model without any delay. I have been regularly contacting hotspot, fly service center, fly Delhi office on mobile no.[protected]. But have been harassed till date…. FLY B700 — Defective Fly Piece

I had purchased Fly B700 on 21.09.2008 & on 23.09.2008 it stopped working. I went to The Mobile Store Kandivli (west) as I had purchasedthe phone from there but Mr Vishal Dave the owner was not even ready to listen & instead he told me to go to Fly Service Center at Andheri. I went to the Fly Service Centre on 29.09.2008 but till date he has not returned my mobile. Uptill now I have visited 5 to 6 times but every time he tells to come afterwards. My compliant no is MUA-FL-703578-CP. I am not having my mobile till date, who is going to bear my financial loss as i am unable to access my mobile. You are requested to look inot the matter urgently.

sir, i have already send you 4 message but not reply, can you tell me why, sir i am your customer .you are responsible my problem .my mobile fly sx210 totaly defective piece .last 3 months, i regularly run to service centere in allhabad but no reply proper, no satisfied answer. my job sheet no is 397 .please change my mobile . please reply

flymobileb700 — hanging

i purchase the above mobile on19/7/08 from subhikha trading services.imei no.[protected]/[protected] at rs.6962 bill no.310630.on24/12/08 i hve given for repair to adonis electronics pvt,ltd,chembur,mumbai after about one month it got but it was not properly working. Same mobile i hve given for repairing Frasline tech care,ghatkopar,mumbai 86 in midle of march 09 igot repaired after month. By using for a week the mobile I faund that the problem was not solved.i hve it kept aside .and i purhased nokiamobile for my use. In between I remebered that warranty period is still there. i hve given for repair to frashline tech care on3/7/09.& without testing they returned me on12/9/09 saying that it is repaired from delhi but still the date it is working.whethere my self satisfied from company service?
