My name is Satsang Jivandasji swami and my customer no is -104898/109089, I tried the your medicine for weight loose (15 days course) purpose and socked that nothing is changed in weight then, after I reach customer care and book complain for the same and they suggest me that please send the empty bottle and we will sent your money back, I agreed and done it on the 15/09/2009

25/11/2009- your customer executive reply me that your case is in process we will surely sent your money on 1st week of December

8/12/2009- your customer executive ask me that what proof you have that you did not got the effect of our medicine and I reply that you can come to our place and check it out and again he reply me that why should we come there? He makes lots of excuses for the same and finally he told that we are going to stop your case processing and don’t expect anything from us for the same

So, my first question is to you that it’s really a customer care? I don’t think so, it’s useless, form your side you are right that we don’t have any proof that we can show you but it’s true, again my question is not about money the question is about how you caring the customer its really a business strategy?

While you marketing your product to advertisement in news paper, you are clearly mention that 100% money back guaranty if our medicine is not effective on you, now, explain me what’s meaning of your commitment ? Millions of people are trapped in this attractive advertisement but it’s worthless for customer,

So, I request to you that please give me the answer of my queries,

I booked Biocaptol for amonth in Jan'10 and received the medicine in April'10.
Moreover the charge that I was told to pay by the post man who delivered the product was Rs.500/ more than the price I was asked to pay by the telephone operator who spoke to me for France Vita Natura from Pondicherry to book the order. He cannot converse in English.As this my second order I hoped for some
rebate in price, he said our company never offers any rebate or concessional offers very arrogantly.

The Company employees lack in their PR and sound very stubborn. They told me that they had despatched my product in Feb'10.Then why so much delay.Why they should charge also for the VPP commission from me? Pls take necessary action

Based on their advertisement I have purchased "Biocaptol" one pack with 90 tablets for reducing my weight. After three days of regular intake I feel very bad abount my health everyday morning i used to vamit, . Severre headache and body pain. Unable take food.I have suffered a lot fora period of one month after taking proper treat ment I had recovered from my illness spending a considerable amount.I never suggest any body to take the medicine. By advertisements they are forced us to by the medicine.
