[Resolved]  Frontline Builders — Cheating of 1.5Lakhs deposit money

Hello Sir,

We blocked an Apartment through Frontline builders opposite to Intel Durga saffron Square. They asked to block by paying 50, 000 we did so. After 2 days they called to say the owner is not willing to sell the same and showed us a different apartment in the same building. However, we corporate fools agreed. the whole deal as per their advertisement was 100% loan or money back. They asked us to make a sale deed without registration and for that we had to pay 1 Lakh. They sat on this whole deal for 4 months and after we ran behind them several times they managed to process it via ICICI bank and they sanctioned only 35% of the total value. We immediately put a hold on it and told Frontline to return our money. It's been a month and half now running behind them. The MD Mr. Sumant finally calls my husband and says he will send over the DD in 2days. Right after 2days we did not get the DD but a letter to state that they will not return the money. This is a huge money for a middle calls people like us. Please help us get this money back... My husband and myself are tired making visits to their different offices and their unprofessional employees. I have no choice but to get tough and go legal over this! Frontline please pay our 1.5 Lakhs back!!!
