dear sir,
Of late i find many difficulties in my funds transfer transactions, For example, when we try to transfer funds to trading account (or any other icici account ) we get the picture of crdit cards as the last item of the transaction with blank coloumn to wh ich we should suit the numbers as in the credit card provided to us .
But unfortunately, now a days we receive only the signals XX X XXX etc without the image of the card and as a result we try again and again and finally lose the transaction password with instruction from you to re try on line .
To day exactly the same thing happened and i lost my transaction password and i am leaving the station and you say it will be sent to my registered addrdess within 7 days and i will not be here to receive it .
Is it not a punishment for the customer for no fault of his?
It happened last time also a couple of days back and after two trials i got the images of crdit card for fixing the numbers .
I used to praise y our Bank to others whenever they comment but now a days i also feel frustrated over the services sometimes .
Can i get reply immediately plelase
