I had been working since Dec, 1994 and struggled a lot to establish my self, I hailed from a split family and didn't get any support from my parents but have responcibility towards my mother who is mentally disabled, my grandparents,. Once I compleated my Hons Graduation, I started working with MNCs and leading Indian Organisations till the time I joined Future Generally Life Insurance Co Ltd, as Branch Manager for Kolkata in Apr'08. I was since morning till night with full dedications and sincerity. I had paid money to my Sales Managers to qualify for Highest Recruitment of Advisors and helped them many more ways to qualify. But, all of a sudden I made a mistake while we were recruiting some Sales Managers. All o[censored]s selected those candidates including ZBH Mr Ashish Kumar, RM Partha Chakraborty and me and arrieved at a single conclusion to absorve those candidates. I had placed the Joining Documents to RM's table for necessary signatures, he had signed one and didn't see the other one beneth. I realised it when he had left the office. I put a initial on the RM's place and submit the same to HR to generate the offer letter, next two days later RM suddenly asked me did you put signature in the Joining Document, I confessed. Then ZBH Mr Ashish Kumar and RM Mr Partha Chakraborty asked me to resign without giving me a chance, I had pleaded to save my job as I just had a baby also alongwith responcibility of two families. They assured me to keep this secret so that I get another job, but I found this news was carefully told to every nook and corner, hence I didn't get any job in insurance. My 15 yrs career is totally shattered by Mr Ashish Kumar and Mr Partha Chakraborty who had been promoted by the organisation by now. I am looking for justice as I have gone through depression, lost my grand Maa for not being able to take proper treatment, came to a substandard life at less designation.
