[Resolved]  Future Group — Cheating and Fraud conducted through Zero Margin Sale by Future Group

The zero-margin sale conducted by the Future Group 1.5 months back was a big scam of fraud and cheating conducted by them, through which they've cheated lots of people. I was also a victim of it, when I ordered an Electrolux refrigerator from their online shop, and later suffered lot of metal stress due to it. After abound 3 weeks of order, they came back to me via email stating that they dont have stock of this product, and they'll give another product instead, which will be a Samsung refrigerator by July 13th. After July 13th also, there was no news from them, and when I called them to find out what's happpening, they said they dont know when it'll be delivered as the stocks are not available! Finally, today they've called and said they are unable to deliver the product, and will refund me the money within the next 7 days!

So, finally, i don't have the product with me! I've lost the interest on the money for last 1.5 months! I've lost out of many good deals which was available in the last 1.5 months from other shops! I've had to call their customer care several times, causing me waste of time, phone calls, and mental stress! We've lost out on our usage of the refrigerator as well, and caused wastage of food due to our existing faulty fridge. Overall, it was a horrific experience with Future Group, and I'm sure they would have done this to thousands of other customers as well and made profit out of the interest from money collected from thousands of such customers! That makes them a bunch of cheaters and fraudsters!

This was a very unpleasant experience from Future Group, and I shall never buy anything else from them again!
