I am a very loyal costomer to GE Money.
They gave me the CASH CARD satisfied on my payment towards the loan for a washing machine.
I am using this card since one year and verymuch satisfied with it.
All of a sudden I am not able to withdraw cash from the given card.
When I call costomer care,she says " your cash card has been changed to credit card ".
Isn't this rediculous ?There is no any information to me regarding this.
It seems there is no value to any kind of costomers and they are not much worried about their costomers.I am really unhappy with this kind of behaviour of GE Money.

GE Money give me Cash Card say that it is free. I accepted the same. I withdrwan Rs.5000/- and redepaid. But I got statement GE Money charged insurance charges that is i not agreed i call him and say about that. But GE Money send me statement with late charges Rs.350/- on that. He continues call me and said to make payment but i not agree. Ones day he is calling me and say for settlement on Rs.500/- and say that my man is comming to your home and given to settlement form and you make payment of Rs.500/-. When man is comming without settlement form i call him and ask for this his man says that first you make payment Rs.500/- and then within 8 days i send letter of settlement. But till to-day he is not send me settlement letter but send Statement added of late payment charges with insurance charges. please say what I do

In Feb 2009 monthly statement, Rs 298.99/-(two hundred ninety nine only) has been charged as Annual Fee, which is not understood. Your executive had told in starting that this card is free and no annual charge would be taken. Same fee had been charged in last year, but that time it was waived off on my request/complaint.
I request you to waive off this annual fee.
And please tell me what I do?

Ge Money gave me this cash card on my payment towards the loan on my bike which i cleared in two years. They told me you have the cash card limit is upto Rs 60, 000. They sended me the card before two years and there is no use of it at all as they have not sent me the passwords and any other information and when a month passed i called to the customer care they said about the password i have not received they said it will come within 7 days .. again after 7 days are passed i did not get password then i called again this time they said this service is not available any more .. And now after two years they have sent me a letter charging Pending amount of Rs 273 charges as Annual fee of cash card. Please suggest me what should i do as soon as possible. Please mail me and solve this problem.

I have a card which I am using for few years. Last month I did not receive the monthly statement but deposited Rs.2500/- as my minimum payment always comes less than what I paid. But everyday the so called customer service department people call me and ask for payment and one person said that I paid less amount. How can I pay the exact amount when I do not have a statement with me. Could you please ask your people to be careful while calling the card holders. I am really fed up with the callers lisitening to the same quetions and answering them 100 times.

I tried my best to clear all the outstanding amounts but now I don’t have capacity to pay due amounts. & now I am completely depended on my relatives and My credibility is also zero in other banks due to name in CIBIL.. So now I want to settle my credit card with the help of my relatives. I have informed over telephone to Recovery department executives of your bank about my current position. Now its my polite request with bank to settle my credit card with the small value with considering my position.
Do the needful as soon as possible

M name is Homiar Gandhi, I have paid all Ge money cash dues & asked to close my account. But now after five years the Ge money person is calling me for the payment of Rs. 6000/- on my card. The person of customer service whom i spoke confirm me the closure of my account. Ge Money is redicilous.

I think your staff are not purely qualified. Pl give then training about talk to customer. i am talking about your Mahim (mumbai) branch staff.
I given arround three time enquiry about my cash card. and every next day that person are not available. what is this ????? . can u reply me about this. in that case fourget about my problem that is only solution remain with me. so pl clarify about this matter.
