When I logged into the acount in February 2010 and found it was now GameHouse and not Real, I read all the accompanying paper and was told I would lose nothing and charges would be the same.
However, when I logged into gamehouse, I found I had lost my credits and Gamehouse refused to reinstate. I therefore cancelled the subscription.
I now find that my original payment to real of $6.50 went through in February but from March I have been paying $22.99 to Gamehouse.
When requested for a refund o[censored]nauthorised payments, they so kindly offered to pay me 3 months at $19.99.

I want to start by saying that I work for GameHouse. I can say that your experience is not within the normal nor how we desired it to be. Yes, RealArcade and GameHouse sites did merge at some point not all that long ago and it appears that your account has had some glitches in the transition.
